Easy Fish Cake

Nung bata pa kami, madalas na may nabibiling maliliit na isda sa palengke ang tawag ay dulong. Naalala ko, ang gagawin ng Mama ko, lalagyan nya ng itlog, harina, bawang, paminta at asin, at ipiprito sa mantika.
Dito sa New Zealand may ganung version sila, ang tawag ay white bait, na napakamahal, $10 per 100 grams. So naisip ko canned tuna na lang gamitin ko.. To make it appetizing for my kids, I've named it fish cake.

Eto ang recipe...

Fish Cake

2 cans 185 g sandwich tuna drained
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
3 eggs
3 heaping tablespoons flour
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients well. Heat oil in a pan. Put about one heaping tablespoon of the mixture, to make discs big enough to be more than bite size pieces.
Yummy to pair with a dipping sauce made up of vinegar, fish sauce, chopped garlic and pepper....
